Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We stand by the quality of our work—if you're not satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will gladly make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or during the initiated status, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. Missed Appointment Fee: If an appointment is missed without any prior notice, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged. Please ensure to notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid these fees.
