If you choose to connect, log in, or interact with BeautyeBooking through Meta/Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, Apple, or another third-party platform, we may receive limited information authorized by you or made available by that platform, such as your name, email address, profile picture, account ID, business page information, phone number, permissions, message delivery information, messaging status, or other information necessary to provide the requested integration.
We only use platform data for the purpose disclosed to you, including account login, booking management, messaging, analytics, advertising measurement, customer support, fraud prevention, security, and platform integration.
We do not sell Meta/Facebook user data, WhatsApp contact information, platform integration data, or messaging contact information.
You may request deletion of data collected through Meta/Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, Apple, or other third-party platform integrations by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” After we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify the applicable data unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

9. WhatsApp Communication
BeautyeBooking may use WhatsApp, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, to communicate with users, customers, vendors, salons, staff members, and business contacts when permitted by law and applicable Meta/WhatsApp policies.
BeautyeBooking will only send WhatsApp messages to you if you have voluntarily provided your mobile phone number and consented to receive WhatsApp messages from us. Consent may be provided through our website, mobile app, booking flow, vendor onboarding form, account settings, customer support request, written agreement, or another clear opt-in method.
By opting in, you agree that BeautyeBooking may send WhatsApp messages related to the communication category you selected or reasonably requested, such as appointment updates, account notifications, customer support, vendor onboarding, booking reminders, payment or billing updates, service alerts, security alerts, or marketing messages if you separately consent to marketing.
BeautyeBooking does not use WhatsApp for unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, misleading offers, unlawful messages, or messaging people who have not provided consent.
We may use WhatsApp to send:
Appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and reschedule notices.
Customer support responses and account-related messages.
Vendor onboarding, account setup, and platform support messages.
Payment, billing, subscription, and transaction-related notifications.
Security, verification, fraud prevention, and service-related alerts.
Promotional or marketing messages only when you have separately opted in to receive such messages.
Some business-initiated WhatsApp messages may be sent using approved message templates required by Meta/WhatsApp.
You may opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying “STOP,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or another opt-out keyword included in our message, by updating your account preferences, or by contacting us at [email protected].
After you opt out, BeautyeBooking will stop sending non-essential WhatsApp messages to that number unless you later opt in again. We may still send legally required, security-related, account-related, or transactional messages through other permitted communication channels when necessary.
We may collect and process your phone number, message content, message delivery status, opt-in records, opt-out records, timestamps, customer support history, communication preferences, and related messaging data to provide WhatsApp messaging, maintain compliance records, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve our Services.
We do not sell, rent, or share WhatsApp contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta Platforms and WhatsApp in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s terms, policies, and privacy practices.
BeautyeBooking does not request full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, sensitive health information, or other highly sensitive personal information through WhatsApp. Please do not send sensitive personal information through WhatsApp messages.
If you are a vendor, salon, business owner, staff member, or service provider using BeautyeBooking to communicate with your own customers, you are responsible for obtaining all required customer consent before sending WhatsApp, SMS, email, push notification, or other messages through our Services.
You agree not to use BeautyeBooking or WhatsApp communication tools to send spam, unlawful messages, misleading promotions, prohibited content, or messages that violate Meta, WhatsApp, carrier, anti-spam, consumer protection, privacy, advertising, or other applicable rules.
BeautyeBooking’s platform is intended for lawful beauty, salon, wellness, booking, business management, and related software services. Users, vendors, salons, staff members, and business contacts may not use BeautyeBooking or WhatsApp communication features to promote, sell, facilitate, or arrange products or services prohibited by applicable law or by Meta/WhatsApp policies.
BeautyeBooking may suspend or terminate access to messaging features if we believe an account is being used for spam, prohibited products or services, misleading content, unlawful activity, privacy violations, abuse, or conduct that may violate Meta/WhatsApp policies.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
11. Children's Privacy
BeautyeBooking is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use our Services without parental or guardian consent.
