At J Nails & Spa, we value your time and satisfaction. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best experience. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For missed or late appointments, a cancellation fee may apply. We strive for quality and hygiene — all tools are properly sanitized after every use. If you experience any issue with your service, please let us know so we can make it right. Your comfort, safety, and happiness are always our top priority.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. Missed or “no-show” appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us serve all clients efficiently.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and gift certificates. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Tips are appreciated but not included in service prices. Please note that all sales are final — refunds are only issued for services not rendered or if adjustments cannot be made.
