Special Notes
Booking & Appointments - All appointments must be booked online or via phone. A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. - Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any necessary intake forms. - Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in rescheduling and a cancellation fee. Consultations - First-time clients are required to book a consultation prior to receiving services. This ensures personalized care and optimal results. - Consultation fees may be applied toward your first treatment if booked within 14 days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. - No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. - We understand life happens. One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. - For emergencies, please contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Payments
Payments & Accepted Methods - Full payment is due at the time of service. - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Afterpay (where applicable). - Package deals and memberships must be paid in full unless otherwise stated. Deposits & Cancellations - A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for all appointments and will be applied to your service.
